I've a  private, upscale massage studio located away from my home, in the historic Frederick Towers Office Building, 24th & Frederick, Suite 412.

The sitting area consists of a nice bamboo love seat and table, where you will be seated to fill out your client infomation form.  We'll then discuss your medical history a bit, your needs, what you wish to accomplish during your massage session and any long term goals you may have.

Once we've established a clear goal for you, I'll ask your prefence of oils, lotions or creams; scented or unscented, I'll help you choose, too.  I'll ask you about the lighting, the room temperature as well as the warmth of the heated table itself.

I'll then step into my office area, leaving you in privacy to disrobe to your comfort level in the changing area, complete with shelves, hooks, hangers, tissues, body wipes and your draping.

A few steps then takes you to your heated massage table where you may lie face down onto the table, with your face in a soflty covered adjustable face cradle and your draping on your back.   When you're ready, I'll come to the table, reposition your draping if needed,  so that you are fully covered and adjust your face cradle to a height that is comfortable for you.

At the end of your session, I drape a hot steamed towel around your face, so you can lie and relax for a bit before rising to redress; a bottle of your choice, green tea or water, cold or room temperature will await you in the changing area with dark chocolates and mints as I wait in my office.

After you're dressed, you'r e welcome to have a seat while we discuss anything I've discovered while working on you, such as knots, tight muscle bands, your ROM (range of motion) and go over any exercises that you may choose to do on your own to help alleviate the pain or discomforts from them.  I will also advise you of any potentially unhealthy skin disorders I noticed that you may choose to discuss with your doctor.
